Union Hall Smoked Fish Has been delivering our products all over the world for the last 30 years. Our order form can be easily filled out and if submitted before 1 pm Monday to Thursday can be shipped the next day. All our products are vacuum packed and packed with Chilled Boxes to ensure maximum freshness.
Shipping and Delivering Costs
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form so make sure you have all the forms correct including your Phone number as if the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a calling card with the driver’s phone number on it. It is your responsibility to call the driver and agreed a time for to reattempt delivery.
For all deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland we the courier company "DPD ". All Irish Deliveries will be received the following day.
For all deliveries to the United Kingdom we the courier company "United Parcel Services" (UPS) . All UK Deliveries will take 2-3 working days. Next day delivery service is available but at a higher cost.
For all European orders we the courier company "United Parcel Services (UPS)". Rates listed below are on the UPS Standard Road Network which will take 2-3 working days to arrive. UPS Express Next day delivery service is available but at a higher cost.

Please note: An additional 0.5-3kg roughly will be added to all orders for packaging depending on the quantity of Fish ordered. (Switzerland carriage costs higher as taxes are charged for being outside of the EU)
We have a very secure method of payment. We use PayPal for all payments but if you prefer, you can use your Credit or Laser Card directly. Once you have your order submitted, we will Invoice you for the products and delivery costs and payment can then be made. Your order will not be shipped until payment of products is received.
Faulty Products in Transit
We thoroughly check and secure all our products before shipping but In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred.
